Avisek Dasgupta is the originator of Ontotectonics, the study of how identity is structured and how it behaves under load, and the creator of Crucible™, which he leads as its Principal Keeper. He brings more than twenty years of experience in learning, organisational development and executive HR leadership across Reliance Retail, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, Tesco Hindustan Service Centre, Hewlett-Packard, Tech Mahindra and United Patients London.
He currently serves as CHRO at The Talent Care Group, leading its business across APAC, the US, Canada and EMEA. He is also Executive Director and Trustee of the Crucible Foundation, and a Featured Expert on Mentaa.
At ReflectiveHorizon, he serves as Co-Founder and Director.
Chairperson of the Crucible Foundation and operational director of ReflectiveHorizon’s educational programs. Her background is in classroom pedagogy and student wellness — work centred on reducing academic burnout and preserving student autonomy. Leads the Focus Reset Experience™.
With more than fifteen years in the education space, Sriporna has worked closely with students, teachers and schools. That experience gives her a close view of how pressure shapes young people, and of what helps them keep their focus, confidence and sense of direction.
Trisha Hazarika is a Sales Coach and Consultant with over 21 years of experience across banking, SaaS, recruitment, and business development — spanning India and the UAE.
Having built her career from the ground up across Standard Chartered, IBM, and GulfTalent, Trisha brings rare depth to her coaching — she has lived every stage of a sales career, from cold calling and lead generation to leading high-performance teams and designing sales systems for growing organisations.
Today, through her work as a Sales Coach and Consultant at Mimdax, she works with founders, sales professionals, and business owners who want to sell with more confidence, structure, and consistency — without losing who they are in the process.
Her approach is practical, direct, and rooted in real-world sales experience. She doesn’t teach theory. She coaches from the trenches.

Ashish Shenoy is a human resources leader with over twenty years of experience across IT services, consulting, BFSI, healthcare, start-ups and Contact-Centre organisations. As former Chief People Officer at Grandview Research, he contributed to the organisation achieving Great Place to Work certification.
His career also spans HR leadership at Express Clinics, HR Talent Management at Cognizant, and HR positions at WNS Global Services and Mphasis, with depth in performance management, succession planning, workforce analytics, and employee relations and compliance.
